Leadership
Chief Executive Officer · Manufacturing Innovator · Design Strategist
Mr. Rotimi Micheal Olaseni is the esteemed Chief Executive Officer of Mic&ROOL Furnitures, a premium furniture manufacturing and interior decoration company headquartered in Lagos State, Nigeria. With a refined blend of technical knowledge, practical craftsmanship, and visionary leadership, he has positioned the company as one of the leading bespoke furniture brands delivering luxury, functionality, and durability across residential, corporate, and hospitality spaces.
A native of Akoko, Ondo State, Mr. Rotimi began his educational journey in his hometown, where he completed his elementary studies and developed an early admiration for structured artistry and craftsmanship. He proceeded to Lagos to further his education, specializing in technical and applied furniture design, a path that shaped his professional ideology and mastery in woodwork, fabrication, and interior finishing.
His journey into the furniture industry was born out of hands-on technical training and years of immersive experience working with seasoned artisans, designers, and production engineers. Building on this foundation, he established Mic&ROOL Furnitures, a brand known for its innovative designs, precision finishing, contemporary aesthetics, and client-focused solutions.
Today, he stands as an emerging industry figure dedicated to redefining the furniture experience in Nigeria — one interior space at a time.
